Our consumer practice represents individuals on those day-to-day issues faced by individuals of all ages and at all stages of their “life cycle”.

Our heritage began 25 years ago when an Internal Revenue Service Agent who acquired his business sense on the streets of Chicago and an International CPA Firm accountant who acquired his business sense on the streets of New York, began practicing law together and focusing on income tax and estate tax issues both for individual consumers and businesses. 

That heritage is still evident today as many of our attorneys who practice in the fields of real estate, corporations, partnerships, litigation, bankruptcy, international matters, probate, and estate planning are also accountants and are well aware that tax issues affect every area of law.
